One Grand Parade is a six-storey, 4,200 sq. m office building located in Dublin 6. Situated on a pivotal corner, adjoining listed buildings, this contemporary and site-specific design replaced a 1970’s building.  The building adjoins Charlemont LUAS station along the Grand Canal.
